Who are deepercent products for?
Skin that is prone to breakouts, redness or sensitivity — often more than one at once.
Do your products treat acne?
No. Our products are cosmetics. They help care for breakout-prone skin and improve how it looks and feels. If you have persistent or severe acne, please see a dermatologist.
Are your products fragrance-free?
Yes. We do not add fragrance or essential oils.
Are your products tested on animals?
[No. We do not test on animals, and neither do our suppliers.]
Are they vegan?

Using the products
How do I build a routine?
Start with the skin finder, or follow the four steps: cleanse, target, calm, protect. Add one new product at a time.
My skin reacted. What should I do?
Stop using the product, rinse with cool water, and contact us. If the reaction is strong or does not settle, see a doctor.
How long do the serum and cream last?
With morning and evening use, about [8] weeks for the serum ([30] mL) and about [8] weeks for the cream ([50] mL).
What is the shelf life?
[24] months unopened. Use within [12] months of opening. The date is printed on the box.
